1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Galoore app or visiting our website, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using our services.
2. The Service
Galoore is a messaging and Real-Time location sharing platform. We provide encrypted chat services, voice calls, and a location-based discovery map. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice, at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the app secure. You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes, harassment, or to distribute harmful content. You must be at least 18 years old to use the location and discovery features of the app.
4. User-Generated Content & Zero Tolerance
Galoore has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using the service, you agree not to upload, post, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, obscene, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, hateful, threatening, violent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.\n\nYou are solely responsible for the content you create, share, and interact with on the platform. You agree to respect other users, follow community standards, and refrain from impersonation, spam, or any conduct that disrupts the service.
5. Moderation, Reporting & Blocking
We provide in-app and web-based reporting features to flag users or content and to block other users at any time. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Where warranted, we will remove offending content and/or suspend or terminate the responsible account within 24 hours of receiving the report.\n\nWe may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove any content and suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms or whose behavior we deem harmful to the community. Moderation decisions are final.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store (via RevenueCat) or Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Virtual Currency (Coins)
Galoore offers a virtual currency called 'Coins' that can be purchased through the app. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other property. Coins are non-transferable and expire upon account termination. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and control Coins at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
Galoore and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Galoore and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Galoore, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account or your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
